To guarantee products and services focused on the highes Customer's satisfaction, and more in general on the satisfaction of any stakeholder, D.R.E.Am. believes in the following principles for its own Quality Policy:

-       Attention focused on the Customers and on any Stakeholder;

-       An approach by process, planned and checked;

-       Leadership of the Management;

-       Risks and Opportunities assessment;

-       Employees and stakeholders involvement;

-       Improvement of the performances of the Quality Management System (QMS)
