Forest Management Plans of properties managed by SAF Tronto

The assignment consisted in the drafting of Forest Management Plans for the 5 forest complexes managed by the Società Agricolo Forestale dei Beni Agro-Silvo-Pastorali del Tronto. The Plans covered a total area of 4,087 hectares and a total number of more than 10 properties. The planning instruments were accompanied by appropriate thematic cartography, and the alpha-numeric and cartographic data were entered and managed on an open source web-based platform specifically programmed by Dream. During the drafting process, a participatory process was set up involving numerous stakeholders interested in forest management.
