The Study investigates the most appropriate technical-operational methods to manage in a differentiated and more sustainable from an ecological, landscape and environmental point of view the vegetated areas at the service of low and medium voltage power lines.

The current regulatory aspects are framed, the instruments of planning and vegetation protection are described and proposals for the execution of cuts that comply with criteria of greater environmental sustainability, also with a view to outlining new operational modalities that may be included in the CSAs of contracts relating to this type of processing.
