On 10 April 2026, the General Meeting of D.R.E.AM. Italia approved the financial statements for the 2025 financial year. The result achieved represents the best financial performance in the cooperative’s history; however, the significance of the financial statements goes beyond the quantitative dimension of the operating result, highlighting the full maturation of an evolutionary model geared towards the systemic and structural strengthening of the enterprise.
An analysis of the key economic and financial indicators shows that the organisational model adopted has enabled:
- the maintenance of a high level of added value, with a trend towards growth over time;
- the consolidation of a positive cash flow trend, ensuring one of the strongest credit positions in the engineering sector;
- the strengthening of equity through a clear focus on recapitalisation by the owners, demonstrating their full commitment to the business plan.
These results were achieved against a backdrop of the progressive enhancement of human capital: the average remuneration of partners and employees is approximately 30% higher than market benchmarks. This element forms an integral part of the corporate strategy, which aims to combine economic sustainability with quality of work.
This growth trajectory is attributable to an intensive process of integration and coordination of production factors, supported by the joint commitment of staff and the management responsible for the operational areas.
Central to this process has been the development of an advanced management control system, which integrates cost accounting, financial statement analysis and cash management on an ongoing basis throughout the financial year.
Under the guidance and supervision of the Board of Directors, the company’s management has consistently implemented a strategic project specifically tailored to D.R.E.AM. Italia over the last four years. The results achieved in 2025 are clear evidence of the soundness and consistency of this approach.
Year after year, D.R.E.AM. is increasingly establishing itself as a reliable partner for public authorities, both in Italy and abroad, in managing issues relating to the land, wildlife and natural resources, with a view to protecting the environment and biodiversity,” explains Chairman Marcello Miozzo. “We are able to provide rapid and highly professional responses because we bring together a multidisciplinary team specialising in agronomy, forestry, engineering, hydrology, geology, biology, ecology and topography. The aim is now to expand our membership base, encouraging wider participation in response to the steady increase in contracts and the cooperative’s continuous growth.
General Manager Giuseppe Bonanno expresses satisfaction with the results achieved, whilst emphasising the need to maintain a strong focus on development and continuous improvement processes: “The enterprise first and foremost, and the company consequently, are entities that must be nurtured every day, and the initial momentum must not be lost because they are the lifeblood of development and evolution and are the fundamental elements that help prevent us from slipping down the slippery slope of error.”
The 2025 financial statements are therefore not seen as a point of arrival, but as a significant milestone on a path of long-term consolidation and structural growth.
