- CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
The personal data collected and processed by the Undersigned fall into the following categories:
- identification data: name, address, telephone, tax code, age, sex, place and date of birth, identity card, license, images;
- personal data relating to education and work: curriculum vitae, professional skills;
- family status data: minors and dependent family members.
- DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING METHODS
The collection of data that interested parties send to D.R.E.Am. ITALIA Società Cooperativa is carried out by electronic means, such as electronic mail or format on the company’s website that allows the registration of one’s curriculum vitae, by post or directly by hand, and in any case in compliance with the provisions of law, regulations and company policy to ensure security, confidentiality, availability, and integrity, as well as the accuracy, updating and relevance of the data concerning the purposes stated below. The processing will take place in compliance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency.
In addition, any necessary evaluation will be performed as part of the selection process, which may require the processing of the submitted data and which will include the evaluation results in its recruitment database as part of the selection process.
- CONSERVATION
The data collected will be processed for the purposes listed below and stored for a maximum of 12 months for the purpose of selection and evaluation.
- PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
Execution of a contract to which the interested party is party or execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same ex art. 6 lett. b Reg EU:
- research activities and selection of profiles;
- evaluation of professional profiles and skills, management of applications in response to job vacancies to Group companies
- establishment, management and termination of the contractual relationship;
The provision of the data referred to in points a) is mandatory and their failure or partial conferment makes it impossible for the Data Controller to achieve the purposes indicated above.;
- RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
About the aforementioned processing and the related data existing in our archives, the rights referred to in Chapter III, art. From 15 to 22 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, specifically: the right of access (art.15), right of rectification (art.16), right to erasure (cd. right to be forgotten, art.17), right of limitation of processing (art.18), right to data portability (art.20)right of opposition (Art.21).
